Ainsley's Angels of America is excited to aid our local Ambassadors advocating for inclusion in all walks of life. From inclusive road racing to disability awareness education, we aim to give everyone the opportunity to “roll with the wind”, while living up to the philosophy of, “Yes You Can”, we are not just a running group....we are a family and we can't wait to welcome you in! 
In addition to ensuring everyone can experience endurance events, Ainsley's Angels of America aims to build awareness about America's special needs community through inclusion in all aspects of life, by promoting awareness, providing education, and participating as active members in local communities.
Outside of work, Jana enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves fitness, running, biking and swimming and lots of other outdoor activities. She is a huge animal lover and enjoys running with her rescue dog, Bennie. every chance she gets.  Jana is a two-time Ironman 140.6 Finisher (2015 and 2017), 7-time Ironman 70.3 finisher.  She is a member of the 50 States Marathon Club and has completed 22 Marathons in 15 states (going for 50 States). Jana volunteers monthly at John 3:16 Mission for the Homeless in Tulsa and she is the Tulsa Ambassador for Ainsley's Angels of America, a national non-profit group that provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities to be included in endurance events. Jana and her Angel Teams run in local races every month, pushing their Athlete Riders to the finish line!  Jana has also been an active Board Member for the Tulsa Area Triathletes club since 2017.  

John 3:16 Mission

John 3:16 Mission takes the life changing message of Jesus Christ to the homeless and at-risk men, women, and children of our community, endeavoring to meet their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

​We disciple them to follow the commands of our Lord Jesus Christ to live a lifestyle pleasing to Him and thereby enter into God's promise of abundant life.
